The academic libraries ( libraries of the universities, colleges and community colleges of all sizes ), national and public libraries, government libraries and corporate libraries can subscribe HEPSEU Database to make it accessable to their users.
If your institution has a subscription to HEPSEU Database , the typical method of access is to first navigate to your institution's library page, find the list of databases on that site, and then select the HEPSEU Database link that you find there. This link should prompt you to log into an authentication system set up by your institution.
